Rihanna 'recorded new LP in car parks'

Rihanna has revealed that her forthcoming album was recorded in a car park.

The singer, who releases Loud on November 15, said that she recorded most of the LP while on her recent tour, often in car parks that "reeked of p*ss".

"We took a studio bus on tour and, after every show, we'd sit in an empty car park until 5am and record," she told Culture Magazine.

"Then we'd get back on the tour bus and sleep for a few hours. Every afternoon, I had acting classes, every evening - a two hour show then another recording studio."

She continued: "Some of the car parks reeked of p*ss. One I'll remember until the day I die. It smelt like truckers had been peeing there forever. I had to run between buses holding my breath. Awful!"

It was recently reported that Rihanna is planning a permanent move to the UK.
